I think it would be bolt to be one of the few games where bullets actually penetrate objects like they should. Think your safe behind that tree? Nope, the enemy lmg is gonna rip right through and take you out.

Realistic penetration would make gameplay very compelling and also would make people fear the tanks even if they had at weapons. Machienguns could rip through many types of obstructions killing the infantry hiding behind. Lol, and I imagine how deadly the .50 m2 hmg on american halftracks or the 20mm autocannon on the PZII would be.
