Hello William. Your private messages are still full - To delete private messages, look on your top of your screen in TW forums (while logged in), and click on that envelope icon.
Next, tick the message (on the right of the message) you want to delete, click on that pale green rectangle box below of all of the messages and a black box will appear. Finally, click on that "delete" button inside that black box, and hit "proceed...".
