movement techiques

I would like to mention some moving techiques like the walking pace which is ideal for drawing fire but moving at a snails pace avoids detection and the briskwalk would be useful for maintaining endurance for running and sprinting

I would also like to know your thoughts on low crawl high crawl crouch knee position hockins poitions and squat positions standing positions ect
