Having the courtesy to shoulder the weapon in a downward manner and to narrow down the field of veiw by drawing the weapon at the hip or line of sight for greater target detail

This would be a big thing for me - the weapon placement in games like Flashpoint or ArmA is so much more immersive than those where the super-soldier holds it in front of him with arms that never get tired and it blocks the view!
