Willl Traction Wars focus on individual scores or scores as a whole (team)?

Will players on teams see their individual K/D ratio?
Or will it act different?
Because if people focus on the K/D ratio, team-play is lost.

We want to put focus on whole team. This is going to be a teamplay oriented game, not individual.
