CryEngine vs Unreal Engine

- UNREAL ENGINE 4 SDK is now available for download. https://www.unrealengine.com/
- You will have to pay $19/months instead of thousand of $ per years.
- They only demand 5% if you sell your game.


And I'm thinking about that. Is it better to start with small IOS game to make a lot of money and after work on big project?

10USD/EUR per month for what appears to be a fuller SDK. Probably on similar terms to UE4. My guess is this is CRYENGINE 3.6 which we've been hearing rumours of for a while.

At the moment what's been announced doesn't change our plans. Could be the new announcement brings greater access and some of the features we've been wanting for a long time but only time will tell. We're pushing ahead with our current plans until more details are announced.
