Is it possible to know how the running system will work in TW? Is there going to be a bar or something that will let us know how much energy we spent and how much we have left until the character gets tired?
Maybe you already have it figured out, but maybe a suggestion would be that there would be no bar, only you would know through the breathing and the tiredness of the character, so if you ran too much, you're movements would be less accurate or slower until you gain normal breath (which you would be unable to hear) but if you run your breathing gets heavier and heavier and when you've ran your maximum the character stops running and your breathing heavily (which of course everybody can hear).
I think this is a good idea because it avoids unnecessary HUD markings for it, I think it's quite immersive as well as realistic.
