What can you do in v2.0?

You can pilot your ship, alone or with some friends, fight against other players using your ships or doing ground combat (or even space combat! because with your "jetpack" your not limited to the ground of a spatial station!),help or fight AI in different missions and ramdom encounters, and even play with the different elements that the 2.0 puts in your hand (for example, someone got the idea of shooting a box from a "destroyed" station 'till it entered his ship's cargo bay and then he transported it to the spawn point xD

These are just some of the general features that the game offers, you can see mostly all them here: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/feature-list

Oh,and a Star Citizen thread would be an amazing idea, but put my ref code close xD;)

Wow, did not expect that! Good on NWI! Too bad they're not moving onto CRYENGINE though  2016 and 2017 really are going to be epic years for gaming.

There are rumors that Battlefield series and perhaps even the CoD series are going back to the ww2 stage since they practically ran out of ideas after jumping in the "future" bandwagon.

I heard that Battlefield is going to be set in WWI. This will be a hell of a twist!

If you want WWI, Forgotten Honor is bringing back to life BF1942 mod Battlefield 1918.

As for DoD, it doesn't quite nail it. It's like Batallion 1944, with crosshairs and all. That thing is in the past (which is what they want to do, revive the old games). The only game I would play if it had crosshairs and was arcade would be Battlefield 1942 other than that, it's time to move on onto realism, although it does have cool features like throwing nade as you run at 0:31 secs just like @Aniallator suggested.

Apparently they invest more than $130,000 on this game. If they invested that amount on that silly game, how much would the TW team have invested in TW, especially with the weapons; DoD invested $7,000 in making the weapons.

Bluedrake42 is modding Vanilla BF1942, making it more realistic so to speak. They've removed crosshairs, made tanks multicrew, and now they are adding mumble to it!

The actual footage starts at 2:16
