Speaking of Germans fornicating in Norway, at one point the SOE supplied itching powder to Norwegian resistance. The powder was put in condoms intended for German troops... the result was most prevalent in Trondheim, where numerous German troops appeared at the hospital complaining of "painful irritations" in their lower region.

And at one point, the OSS hatched a plan to trigger a mental fit in Hitler by exposing him to German p0rn. They intended to do so by dropping it on his bunker... thankfully, a USAAF colonel refused to conduct the mission.
