I know this is kind of early to talk about because the game is in development but I would like to know if possible, thank you :)

Technically it's the same engine as Crysis3 / Ryse although Crytek tweak the engine a bit for their own games.

The original Crysis had terrible optimisation ;)

Check their FAQ, but as long you can run CryEngine 3 game, I think you should be good.
