Wasn't sure if this was a joke when I saw the story about the Amazon air parcels on bbc news. I can see a lot of health and safety issues - in particular decapitation of limbs and fingers on the rotor blades :p. And of course bird strikes.

I dunno, if this is serious then I'm very dubious. Perhaps Amazon should use the money that they are investing in this research to pay all the taxation they owe to Britain and other countries around the world :p.

Ah Jim Sterling, he does make me laugh.

This is not a 'new generation'. This is expensive shiny boxes that have the same problems as before. Endless DLC, microtransactions, a focus on everything other than games... As Jim said, how could anyone NOT be excited about the future of console gaming...
