Very much doubt it, i have no idea what they are doing but if they want to replace a track like that then it will never work. They have to loosen up the idler wheel at the back of the tank in order to give the track some slack so that they can get the pins out to remove the track.

Well, that's what the caption said. May have been captioned incorrectly, but regardless the crewmen appear to be interacting with the tracks using bars of some sort.

With it's 105 mm main gun, the Semovente 105/25 is regarded as the finest armored fighting vehicle Italy produced during the war.

Aren't Fallschirmjäger use FG 42 ?

Fallschirmjäger were generally equipped with MP 40s for their compact size and high rate of fire. Realizing the need for a light, compact automatic weapon that fired 7.92 mm Mauser for use by paratroops, the FG 42 was created and entered combat use in 1942. Though used exclusively by Fallschirmjäger, the FG 42 saw limited use as not many units were produced; thus you'd be more likely to find a Fallschirmjäger with an MP 40 than an FG 42.
