An 8cm Raketen-Vielfachwerfer of a rocket artillery battery at Narva, 1944. These 8cm rockets were copied from the 82mm Katyusha and were used almost exclusively by the Waffen-SS later on in the war.

Interestingly enough, the man on the right sporting binoculars on their chest is Matthias Kleinheisterkamp, who likely committed suicide in April 1945 during the final battle for Berlin.

M4 tank of Sgt. George K. Cuthbert Jr., Company C, 741st Tank Battalion, burns at the intersection of Karl Heine Str. and Zschochersche Str., after being hit by a Panzerfaust. The entire crew perished in the battle. Leipzig, Germany, 18 April 1945.
